Our concerts do not have seating allocation, we run on a system of free seating within each ticket band. In this respect, we cannot guarantee that audience members may sit together with those in their party.
If you or a member of your party arrive after the concert begins, you may have to wait until the end of the piece to be seated.
If you or a member of your party have any accessibility requirements, we can organise appropriate seating once you have purchased your tickets. Please contact our team on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Carer tickets can only be purchased through our website after contacting a member of our team on email@example.com.
We cannot offer refunds on tickets.
If the event cannot go ahead for any reason, it will be rescheduled and moved to an alternative date and your tickets will also be transferred to this new date.
There is no obligation to refund or exchange tickets if the concert programme is altered due to events or circumstances beyond our control.
There is no obligation to refund or exchange tickets should the ticket be subsequently offered with any discount or promotion that makes tickets available at a price lower than that previously paid by a customer.
